MP Property Agents was built on a simple idea. Independent agents who actually do the work, with no franchise restrictions on budget, marketing or territory. Max Pisano started the business after years across business and property because he wanted the freedom to choose the right strategy for each property, not the one head office prefers.
Twenty-plus years in, the agency runs across three pillars. Sales is the core. Property management and owners corporation services sit alongside it, run by the same team to the same standard. A fixed-fee buyer advisory service rounds out the offering for buyers who want a second opinion before they make their move.
Plenty has changed across the industry in that time. What has not changed at MPPA is how we work. The principal stays involved. Decisions are explained in plain English. AI and automation handle the back office so the people on the front line have time for the conversations that matter.
